How
to
register
and
what
you
can
do
With
the
advent
of
unlimited
web
space,
we
can
now
offer
you
the
ability
to
upload
as
many
of
your
biking
photographs
that
you
wish,
whether
they
are
VSOC
related
or
not.
Unregistered,
you
can
see
all
the
photos,
view
slideshows
and
full
size
pictures,
but
I
would
recommend
registering
to
get
the
full
benefit
that
the
VSOC
Photo
Gallery
can
offer.
Once
registered,
you
can
upload
your
photos
to
your
own
gallery
or
any
other
available
gallery
that
has
been
made
available
to
you.
You
can
add
comments
to
or
rate
any
photo.
You
can
even
send
an
e-card
(that's
like
an
electronic
postcard).
- First
of
all
go
to
this
registration
form
and
register
with
a
username
and
email
address..
- When
you
submit
the
registration
form
you
will
now
need
to
be
approved
-
this
is
due
to
mallicious
spam
being
received
over
the
years.
- Once
you
are
approved,
you
will
be
sent
an
email
with
a
password.
You
can
then
login
with
your
chosen
username
and
password.
You
may
change
your
password
at
anytime.
- At
any
time,
if
you
forget
your
password
you
can
request
a
new
one,
which
will
be
sent
to
your
registered
email
address.
- Now
that
you
can
login,
you
will
be
able
to
set
up
your
own
albums
in
your
user
gallery
and
load
photos
there.
- If
you
prefer,
you
can
upload
to
any
of
the
other
categories
or
albums
that
have
been
made
available
for
you
such
as
"Jumpstart
Party",
"Gathering
of
the
Clans",
"Roadrunners
Rally".
- For
past
years,
you
can
place
your
photos
into
the
relevant
years
album
in
the
VSOC
section.
Please
put
a
title
on
the
photo.
- For
non-VSOC
events,
you
can
load
your
photo
in
the
relevant
years
album.
Again,
please
put
a
title
on
the
photo
(and
a
description
if
you
wish).
- You
should
note
that
any
of
these
photos
can
be
seen
by
anyone
viewing
the
gallery.
- If
you
need
any
more
help,
contact
the
webmaster
All
photos
that
you
wish
to
upload
need
to
be
less
than
1MB
and
should
have
a
maximum
image
size
of
2048
pixels.
Please
try
and
upload
in
JPEG
format
rather
than
BITMAP
or
TIFF.
If
you
need
to
resize
any
of
your
photos,
there
is
normally
some
imaging
software
that
would
have
been
provided
with
your
camera
or
you
can
use
other
software
on
your
PC
such
as
Microsoft
Photo
Editor
or
MS
Imaging
Editor.
There
are
some
freely
available
on
the
internet
such
as
(but
not
limited
to):
http://www.shrinkpictures.com
(has
a
batch
resize
option)
http://www.picresize.com
(also
has
a
batch
resize
option)
http://www.photosize.com
is
another
useful
site.
http://www.photo-freeware.net/photo-resize-magic.php
is
a
tool
to
download
for
use
on
your
PC.
