21st April 09 Tina Forkin Wins at Lions Rally
After a brilliant weekend with an excellent turnout from the vsoc members at this years Easter East Leeds Lions Rally. we are proud to announce that Tina from Centre 8 picked up the trophy for best paint job, at a rally with almost 2000 people she is well pleased.

6th April 09 European Health Insurance Card
Just in case you hadn't realised it, there's' another card that's set to expire over a few years - it's the European Health Insurance Card, that replaced the original E111 a while back. The expiry date is in the bottom right corner of the card.
It really is worth checking to see if your card is nearly out of date, particularly if you're planning to go abroad in the next few months.
If you need to renew or even apply for for your first card then go to http://www.ehic.org.uk/ and fill in what you need to.
3rd April 09 Discounts on Motorbike Tours
To all members of the VSOC,
I have an offer to all members. Bookings have been very slow this year and we have tours only partly booked. Rather than let people down by canceling, I would rather let VSOC members come on the tours at almost cost price.

The tours for May and June are marked up at £599 and the August tour is £650.
I can let your members have any of them for £464 and that includes August.
We need ladies and gentlemen to join us. Let me know what you think as I haven't offered this to any other clubs yet. As a Virago rider myself, I thought your club would be the first stop. I suppose this is the year for bargains. It's not so good for us, but I won't let people down. The tours will run even if there
are only two bikes with us.

16th March 09 Belgium Rally - Attendance Number Request

As the Rally season is fast approaching and such events to name a few are not that far away (Jumpstart, Southern Snakes, N/Ireland & Belgium) I remember asking if I can have approximate numbers who intend on going to the Belgium Rally in May.
Can I ask you to let your Centre Rep know if you are attending by the end of March / beginning of April, so I can inform the Belgium guys how many to expect from the UK.
